My mission is clear: not only to help you raise funds, but also to ignite the internal capabilities of your team. With each project, with each training session, your organisation will become stronger, more visible and, above all, more sustainable.
We adapt flexibly to what your organisation needs, offering two main collaboration models:
1. Immersion Model: one more member of your team
In this model, I integrate myself completely into your workflow. You can count on me to take on the role of:
- Project Manager: taking the lead in managing your projects.
- Facilitator/Trainer: delivering specialised workshops to your staff or participants.
- Consultant: accompanying you step by step in key decisions to ensure you meet your objectives.
2. Outsourcing Model: we take care of everything.
I understand that sometimes a project is beyond the scope of your team, or there is simply no internal capacity to take on more tasks.
If that is your situation, I take full responsibility: I take care of forming a team and developing a project from start to finish for your organisation: from the strategic phase and proposal writing, to implementation and final justification.
