Who we are

Driving social change through volunteering and European cooperation

We are an organisation born out of the conviction that volunteering and international cooperation are powerful tools for social change. At Ember Projects, we work to bring young people, professionals and organisations together for meaningful experiences in Europe, based on inclusion, mutual learning and mobility. Our team, passionate about non-formal education and active participation, designs and manages projects that inspire, connect and transform. The origin of Ember

Behind Ember Projects is someone who has been where you are now. 

As a professional in the youth work sector, I have written and successfully implemented more than 20 Erasmus+ projects and trained more than 500 young Europeans. 

I know how unfamiliar the world of European projects can be and how complex it can seem at first. 

That's why I founded Ember Projects: to be the practical, accessible and warm support that organisations need to achieve their goals.

How we work

Sustainable growth, not just one-off funding.

My mission is clear: not only to help you raise funds, but also to ignite the internal capabilities of your team. With each project, with each training session, your organisation will become stronger, more visible and, above all, more sustainable.

We adapt flexibly to what your organisation needs, offering two main collaboration models:

1. Immersion Model: one more member of your team

In this model, I integrate myself completely into your workflow. You can count on me to take on the role of:

  • Project Manager: taking the lead in managing your projects.
  • Facilitator/Trainer: delivering specialised workshops to your staff or participants.
  • Consultant: accompanying you step by step in key decisions to ensure you meet your objectives.

2. Outsourcing Model: we take care of everything.

I understand that sometimes a project is beyond the scope of your team, or there is simply no internal capacity to take on more tasks.

If that is your situation, I take full responsibility: I take care of forming a team and developing a project from start to finish for your organisation: from the strategic phase and proposal writing, to implementation and final justification.

Young talent and the third sector

At the end of the day, I am a youth worker through and through. That's why I love supporting young entrepreneurs and third sector organisations, because they are groups that connect directly with what matters most to me.
